Awesome game... Maybe make a third where you can have a choice on how many and their gender.

I think they should have it so that you dont have to pay to get to the higher level or whatever. And its so hard to move things around so you can barely do anything. I HATE IT!!!

Its a really good app. it would be cool if you could keep the babys in like a baby hotel or something like that. Also way better then the first one

Yay this game is awesome but in the next update you should make so the moms can have TWO BOYS or TWO GIRLS and I was playing and then the ultrasound activity said it was only having one baby and she did only have one baby, but other than that its an awesome game

I like how u can tap the tummies! I think u guys should make it so that when u tap them the tummy actually gets slightly bigger or something. Also, I want a sequel to this one, which is a sequel as well! Please do this stuff

I want you to make a my new baby 3. You could have 5 types of food, choose how many babys up to 3, and choose if you want to see the private or not.

My friend once got two boys once got two girls and once got only one baby soooooooo lucky but this game is so epic I just love it its a baby care game and I love baby care games!!!!

Ok its fun but why do you have to pay for the extra things at the end. It freezes and stops. It has to many ads.
